Our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks for most products. Some processes take longer, while others can be produced more quickly. Call for the turnaround of your specific product.
What is your turnaround time?
When our production schedule allows, we will try to meet your special deadline for a 20% rush fee. This allows us to cover the associated costs with rescheduling, overtime, etc.
If I need my product very quickly, can I pay a rush charge?
We never charge screen fees.
Do you charge screen charges?
When we are producing a product for you, the first 30 minutes of art time is free. Many jobs do not require any additional art fees.
Do you charge art fees?
We keep all of our artwork for as long as possible. Currently our archive reaches back to 1999. However, with our enormous inventory of artwork, we cannot guarantee the we will have your file at a later date.
Do you keep my logo or artwork on file?
We charge only $20 to locate and retrieve your data. This fee helps us cover the cost of maintaining the storage of our artwork, backing up data daily, and locating and sending you the file.
How much does it cost to get a copy of my logo or artwork?
While we offer quantity discounts on many types of printing, we cannot combine processes for quantity discounts. Cost savings are realized when print runs get longer, but not when two different products are being produced. We pass all savings possible on to you.
